Rumors are just that, but if there is any truth to the rumors that Kish is having disc problems with his back, and DS with his hammy, that'll throw another wrench in the ranking spokes.

I heard that rumor too, not sure yet if its true. With him and DS healthy Minn is still the favorite, in my opinion, in a NCAA tournament format. However, without Kish and a gimpy DS makes things reaaal interesting.

I agree, as the season progresses it just makes me feel stronger that it is wide open, and OSU can take a rebuilding year and pull it out if the big 3(Scott, Morgan, Mason) can pull out 2 titles, which they can all get to the finals, a strong showing from Diff and rosholt, and 2 of the others stepping up to the plate. Newly is close, Shinn and Jenson went to the round of 12 last yr, Foster just broke into the top 20, any 2 and we could pull it off. We aren't the favorites this year which would make it the sweetest to take home the title under those circumstances.
