The NCAA Rankings have been updated. Conference rankings have not, there hasn't been much interconference stuff going on in the past week. I'm sure there will be plenty of changes made to them next week after Nat. Duals/Va Dual/ and other Dual meets. Also an interview with Cornell's Mack Lewnes has been posted. He is an excellent young man and certainly someone to pull for. It appears that with Cornell/Iowa in the first round of the Duals this weekend, Lewnes should hit Mark Perry. I would love to see that one.... www.d1collegewrestling.net/Interview_Lewnes.html

Earl, I'm curious what criteria you used when ranking the Big 12 teams. By your own individual rankings, if you add all the rankings together, Mizzou's total is 26, ISU and OKSt totals are 29 and Nebraska's is 31. Mizzou projects 6 finalists, ISU and OKSt 4 each and Nebraska 3. You have Mizzou with only 1 champ with OKSt and ISU with 3 each, but that's assuming Mizzou's 2 returning champs (Jordan/Askren) both fail to repeat. Curious how you rank all 3 of those teams ahead of Mizzou given the individual expectations?

Earl, that is another fine interview. I know he had a tough choice to make, but I wish he would have chosen OSU with his brother. He's gonna be a keeper.
