In addition to the national duals being held this weekend, the VA duals will be going on also. I should be in attendance for these. The field looks pretty good considering its the same weekend at National Duals.
National College Division
#1 Oklahoma State vs. Drexel

live from the duals....things went as expected except va tech beat oregon state
in the second round john smith shook up the lineup starting shinn at 125 and erisman at 157 erisman was just stuck by morrison of rider
ashmore and mcspadden both lost to drexel guys

Bravo Pokes! Tough loss for Newly, he is so close to these guys, just needs a little more work on finishing that single.

If Shinn can wrestle strong after making weight for 2 days in a row, he will probably move into the starting lineup and with Jack back we are a little better than before. Both of these guys can make a run in April. Cody is a force on his feet but needs another yr of work in the room on his mat skills and while Ashmore is extremely technically sound he needs another yr on the weights to grow into this weight. Of cource that is JMO, but I am glad to have them back.

If Shinn can wrestle strong after making weight for 2 days in a row, he will probably move into the starting lineup and with Jack back we are a little better than before. Both of thes e guys can make a run in April. Cody is a force on his feet but needs another yr of work in the room on his mat skills and while Ashmore is extremely technically sound he needs another yr on the weights to grow into this weight.
