Kind of a shocker here....UTC forfeiting 133 was a huge swing.

As a dual meet team you cannot forfeit weights. When I wrestled I weighed in at 177 and the coach would use me at 177,191, HWT. I did not like it but that was the way it was to win a dual meet. I am sure rules have changed. But the idea that you do not forfeit weights was obvious.
