OREGON STATE WRESTLING CAMPS
Located on the campus of Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon
2016 Camps
All camps are open to both resident and commuter campers! Resident campers stay in the dorms and have meals provided. Commuter campers are those that stay off campus and provide their own meals. Meals are available for purchase through the cafeteria, a la carte style. Please bring plenty of workout gear, running shoes, wrestling shoes, linens,and basic toiletries. Laundry facilities and a camp store are available for snacks and camp gear. Camp cancellations before camp will generally be given except a deposit. After the beginning of camp, refunds are on a case by case scenario.
TEN DAY INTENSIVE TRAINING CAMP
July 3 – July 12, 2016
This camp is designed for the serious wrestler. Whether you are a wrestler who is looking to crack the varsity for the first time, or a state champ that is looking to make a jump to the next level-this camp will meet your needs. Our committed and experienced staff will take you to a new level, no matter who you are or what your credentials are. You will leave camp different than when you arrived, as long as you buy in to the system and bust your tail.

Beaver Elite Wrestling Camp - Corvallis, Oregon
July 3 – July 7, 2016
This camp is designed for wrestlers at every experience level. Campers will have the opportunity to learn wrestling skills in all three positions (feet, top, bottom). The skills taught at this camp will be taught incrementally so that every wrestler will be able to grasp each skill. Campers will be grouped based on experience so that campers can learn at their own pace.

Big Man Camp
July 8-10,2016
The Big Man Camp will focus on techniques most suited for upper weight wrestlers. we have excellent coaches to work with the campers on skills that will help them be successful on their feet and on the bottom and top positions. Takedowns, controlling ties like underhooks,the two-on-on, snap-downs and go behinds will be emphasized from the neutral position. we will also focus on turns and pins and work hard on skills that will help you get off the bottom. This camp is geared toward high school age wrestlers from about 175 lbs. and higher.
Takedown Extreme Camp:
July 8-10, 2016
This camp will focus on wrestling from the neutral position, concentrating primarily on leg attacks. We will work on hand-fighting and head position, controls and set-ups, leg-attacks and finishes. Wrestlers will get better from our systematic approach to neutral wrestling, combined with continuous drilling and repetition of wrestling on their feet. We will work hard on set-ups, attacks and finishes, and chain wrestling to take each campers neutral wrestling to another level. Technique,drills, situations and live wrestling will all be encompassed in this camp. This camp is for all ages and size of wrestlers.
Tilts,Turns,and Pins
July 10-12, 2016
This camp will focus on wrestling from the top position. We will work on everything from breakdowns to techniques to score points from the top position and get falls. Areas covered will be hip pressure,the tilt series, arm bars, leg rides and turns, crab rides, turks and transition turns off takedowns and overall domination from the top position. If you are looking to improve your top wrestling and put big points on the scoreboard, this camp is for you.
