I will mention them in the lineup thread as well, but just so everyone gets a look....
125-Troy Nickerson 133-Mike Grey 141-Corey Manson 149-DJ Meagher 157-Jordan Leen 165-Mack Lewnes 174-Steve Anceravage 184-Justin Kerber 197-Josh Arnone 285-Zach Hammond
It was widely speculated that Nickerson/Grey would be bumping up. The info I have received today is that they will not. Both are talented enough to challenge for a national championship at either weight, but this is very interesting never the less.

^^^Darn good post. I think Cornell fans understand the coaching staff wants Nickerson at 125. I assume there will still be speculation about whether he if fact will cert down there. Thanks! -Stove Pipe

Corey Manson is not listed with last years roster for Cornell. Nor is on the recruits page. The name seems familiar. Is he a JC Transfer?

I understand Manson did not enroll at Cornell last year to pursue an internship. The Ivies don't get to redshirt so they need to take a year off of school if they do not want to lose eligibility.
He was the starter in 2006-07 at 141 for Cornell.

^^^While Corey Manson took last year off on his business internship, he did do some unatt wrestling. Competing at 149 he finished top 12 in the Southern Scuffle and placed third in the Edinboro Open. After the college season was over Mr. Manson wrestled in the University Nationals freestyle tournament at 145 pounds and went 3-2, and grabbed a sixth place at the FILA Jr Freestyle event at 145 pounds. So, taking last year off, Manson now has three more years of NCAA eligibility remaining. -Stove Pipe
