Premier Strength & Conditioning Website for Wrestlers and Coaches Launched!!!
Hello to my friends of the world’s oldest and greatest sport. I wanted to let you know about the educational strength and conditioning series called grappler strength, found at my website seangraywrestling.com. Strength and conditioning has now become a year round commitment to those wrestlers and programs looking to succeed at the highest levels the sport has to offer. Through my website you gain access to interviews, weight programs, conditioning programs, diet programs etc from the best coaches and trainers in the country. Our intent with grappler strength is to aid those who are looking for the most up to date training methods from the most knowledgeable in our sport. Even as a division one wrestling coach, I am still a serious fan of the sport looking to learn from the endless talent pool. Once a month I might hop on the forums to let you know who our featured guests are. Please stop by seangraywrestling.com and click “join here” for a preview of what the website has to offer. You may also sign up for the free grappler strength newsletter which is sent out via e-mail. Yearly and quarterly memberships are available if you feel that you or your program will benefit. Members will have full access to programs and information that come directly from the nation’s elite coaches. Please feel free to also e-mail me with any serious questions or concerns and I will do my best to reply in a timely manner. My most sincere thanks to you and all the best!
