The Sun Devil roster is now updated and posted on the website. As is the schedule.
I don't see Nikko Villarreal name or Hayden Lee from the 2014 recruiting class on there. I know both are living and training there. Maybe they were omitted for a reason??

Thanks for the heads-up on the updated team roster.
I think they are in error on some of the class years that they have listed on that roster tho. For instance, as I understand it, the incoming transfers from other schools, such as Dalton Brady and Judson Preskitt, Christian Pagdilao, etc., are all RS Freshmen for the upcoming season. Yet they are listed on this roster as Sophomores.
I also see that they now have two true freshmen (I assume) who are both listed at 285 lbs. One from Nevada and the other from Colorado. But between the two of them it looks like they have zero State titles (both were State runner-ups as Seniors in HS). So do you think they are going to go with Chace Eskam at 285 again this season?

I cannot find anything that impresses me on those two freshman HWT. Probably just comes down to who is working harder in practice. There are some big HWT recruits left on the 2015 board. Have not heard any rumors, but ASU desperately needs one.
ASU is loaded at the lower weights. Preskitt and Brady probably at 125/33. 141-165 looks interesting. Pierce is a lock where ever he goes, 157 is what the roster says. That pushes Joel Smith and Ray Waters to fight it out for 165. 141 and 149 looks very interesting. Pagdilao and Spraggins both listed at 149. I am hoping one of them can make 141.

Pierce is an AA contender. Smith and Waters are great wrestlers, but Pierce is in another class. Smith has given ASU 4 years. I hope he can win a spot somewhere. Mech Spraggins is who I really want to see. When I talked to him, he seemed like a great kid and was hungry to wrestle. I hope he can get to 141 and wrestle there.

Smith barely lost to Okie starter Justin DeAngelis in vegas last year. The match is on flow and Smith ran out of gas coming of a injury. Ray, when he is cutting weight properly is extremely dangerous.
